More Gingerbread Fun!

We decorated gingerbread houses today!!!  They aren't edible houses...we made them out of Styrofoam and art materials.  We worked hard on our houses and we will be displaying them in our school lobby when they dry!







During math time we practiced counting pieces of candy (paper candy) and placed them on gingerbread house papers.  We had to look at the number on our gingerbread house paper and only put that many pieces of candy on our gingerbread house.  Our houses looked good enough to eat!





Our gingerbread kids look adorable hanging on our bulletin boards!  We had fun making these!

    Fun, fun, fun! I love all the great activities you all did- the ginger people look great along with your gingerbread houses, what ARTISTS! Your math activity looks like fun too!

    Oh my goodness, I love all the gingerbread activities you all have done this week! We saw the gingerbread houses on our way into school today, they looked fantastic! So much creativity! What a fun math activity! The gingerbread kids are so adorable!
